In this section you will find some examples of honeycomb ceramics we currently manufacture. High-quality honeycomb ceramics for gas appliances: including gas heaters & gas cookers. Also used in the electronics and Jewelry industries, as a heat resistant work surface.

Honeycomb Ceramics

The ceramic pictures above are some examples of the products we manufacture based on our customers specifications. Presently we make ceramics for our local market and also export to Canada and South Korea. Our prices are internationally competitive and we look forward to working with you.

Our products are widely used inside Gas Heaters and Gas Cookers, however they also have other applications. Honeycomb ceramics are also used in the electronics and jewelry industries, providing a heat resistant work surface. This helps avoid any damage to your work surface, during soldering and welding operations.

At the start of the manufacturing process the raw materials are combined in the mixing room with the correct ratio and materials depending on the ceramic being made. Also water is added. Once the mix is ready it goes inside the extrusion machine, which produces blocks of ceramic cakes. The raw ceramic cakes are cut to the specified dimensions and placed inside the press machine with the desired mold. Once the press operation is complete the processed cakes are placed on trays, after which they enter the drying room. When the honeycomb ceramic are dry then they enter the drying oven and they are heated to temperatures of 1000 degrees Celsius.

Finally the ceramics are removed from the oven and go on our production line for further processing and grinding operations. Before packaging they are carefully quality controlled.
